How to use the form

The Fly Pattern Form is a tool for documenting how you tie a particular fly, and how you use it on the water. If you would like to share your pattern with the club, you can forward a copy to Erik for possible addition in the next version of the "Olympic Peninsula Fly Fishers Guide".

There are two ways you can get a copy of the form:

1. You can print the form directly from the web site by using your web browser's PRINT option. Once you have the printed form, you can fill it out by hand.

2. You can copy the form onto your computer's clipboard and then paste it into a blank word processor document. At that point, you can use your keyboard to complete the form.

Click Here to go to the Fly Pattern Form. When you are finished, you can use your back arrow to return to the web site.

If you are not familiar with how to do any of these options, please feel free to contact me at webmaster@opff.org (or give me a call at home - my number is listed in the club roster).
