Project Healing Waters Boat Building Project
Members of the Olympic Peninsula Fly Fishers have volunteered to build a "Rangeley 15" cedar strip boat for the Northwest Chapter of Project Healing Waters.
Master Boat Builder, Bill Kindler is supervising the project.
